Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled by the customer within 4 hours by contacting us by email at support@nuviea.com. However, if you took add-ons and have bought more than one product, we cannot cancel the shipment since it will go through expedited shipping. In that case you will get your item shipped and send to you. And you will be charged accordingly.

You can contact our support and coordinate a return shipment. And we will refund you the funds as soon as we get the confirmation from our warehouse. Please keep in mind, in most cases your orders cannot be cancelled. We urge you to double check before purchasing any item.
